Elephant Type Details

Elephant
Leading by example, carving the path. An indomitable leader driven by passion and justice.

The Elephant type is a compassionate and highly responsible leader. While they never abandon those they have accepted into their territory, they maintain 'iron discipline' regarding rules, morals, and self-respect. They possess a steadfast character, living by the principles of 'always repaying a kindness' and 'never backing down from a challenge.' They extremely dislike being seen as incompetent or useless and are perfectionists who always strive to be their 'best self.'
They demand etiquette, manners, and social common sense not only from themselves but also from those around them. Rather than broad and shallow social circles, they prefer deep, long-lasting relationships with a core group of about five trusted individuals. To those who look up to them, they generously share their skills and knowledge to help them grow. They loathe lies and secrets, treating a bond of trust, once formed, as a lifelong treasure.

How to get along with Elephant type
Never make them lose face in front of others. When offering an opinion, do so with respect, phrasing it as a consultation: 'Based on your experience, I'd like to ask...' Always be mindful of showing them due respect. Because they value politeness, consistently practicing basic etiquette—greetings, proper language, and thorough 'Hou-Ren-So' (Report, Liaison, Consult)—will cause your trust level with them to skyrocket.
The Elephant type values the 'density of trust.' Rather than trying to be everywhere at once, prioritizing time with them and maintaining a sincere attitude is the only way to deepen your bond. Even a joke involving a lie or a secret may lead them to perceive you as an 'enemy.' Always face them with a 'straight ball' (direct honesty).
Whether they are a parent or a child, acknowledge their roles and sense of responsibility and show that you rely on them. If they stubbornly enforce rules, acknowledge their logic first—'What you're saying is right'—before softly suggesting, 'But maybe we could loosen things up just a bit for now.'
